Since the film is action-heavy, her training focused on building strength, improving agility and speeding up reaction times.“She has to look strong, she has to look healthy,” Callan said.He revealed that daily training includes strength training, reaction training, agility exercises and a lot of imagination.“I truly believe that when you imagine something and then do it, you’re in familiar territory and can do it better. You see it, feel it and believe it before you actually do it,” he explains.

Preparing for Alpha means dealing with an extremely demanding schedule.Karan revealed that Alia would spend 10 to 12 hours shooting, then train for one to one and a half hours, and then practice dancing for an hour.
