Honda presents 10 new 2W in India! ADV 160, XR 300 Rally, Rebel 300 and more

Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) has wrapped up one of its biggest production offensives in years, unveiling an expanded portfolio of 10 two-wheelers for the Indian market. The new lineup includes seven all-new models and three updated models with fresh color options, spanning multiple segments including scooters, roadsters, cruisers, adventure bikes, electric mobility and flex-fuel technology. The company said the products will be launched in phases, with pricing and a detailed launch schedule to be announced closer to their market launch. The biggest highlight is Honda’s multifaceted strategy, which combines internal combustion engine (ICE), electric technologies and flexible fuel technology under one umbrella. Leading the scooter range is the new Honda ADV 160. Powered by a 160cc liquid-cooled engine, it will become India’s first E85 fuel-compatible scooter and will feature a segment-leading 8.1 liter fuel tank along with 27 liters of underseat storage. The company also unveiled the new CB 500, a retro-inspired roadster powered by a 501cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine with an oil cooler. It will be offered in three variants, including alloy wheels, tubeless spoked wheels and a tubeless spoked version with graphics. Additionally, Honda has refreshed its CB350, CB350C and CB350RS with new color options while retaining their existing mechanical package. Honda has expanded its cruiser portfolio with the Rebel 300 and Rebel 500. The Rebel 300 is powered by a 286cc liquid-cooled engine and will be offered in Standard and E-Clutch variants. The larger Rebel 500 uses a 471cc liquid-cooled parallel twin engine and will also be available with Honda’s E-Clutch technology, which automatically manages clutch operation to make driving in traffic easier. Adventure enthusiasts also got two new options in the form of the XR 300L and XR 300 Rally. The XR 300L is intended for riders looking for a lightweight dual-purpose motorcycle for city use and weekend trail riding. It is powered by a 293.5cc air-cooled engine with an oil cooler. The XR 300 Rally is built on the same platform, but is designed for longer distance travel and mixed terrain riding, with rally-inspired styling and equipment. Honda has also expanded its electric vehicle portfolio with the new QC3 family scooter. Equipped with a 3 kWh battery, the electric scooter has an IDC-certified range of 151 km. It can be charged up to 80 percent in 2 hours and 40 minutes and comes equipped with a 32-liter underseat compartment, a smart key and a 5-inch TFT display with connected features.
