SAINT SATINE is a girl group that is about to debut. It was originally planned to debut as a four-member group under the same company as the famous pop band KATSEYE. However, according to the latest news, one of the confirmed members has chosen to withdraw from the competition. Here’s what we know so far.
Lexi Levine quit saint SATINE debuts
Ahead of her upcoming debut, Lexie Levin has parted ways with SAINT SATINE. An official statement posted by their agency on Weverse revealed that the singer and dancer chose to leave the group after lengthy discussions about the matter.An official statement from the company read: “Following extensive and thoughtful discussions with Lexie regarding the group’s future activities, both parties have agreed to part ways. Although Lexie will no longer continue as a member of SAINT SATINE or as part of HxG, we sincerely wish her the best in her future endeavors. ” Later, Levin also announced her departure from the group and wished her “forever sisters” Emily, Samara and Sakura all the best.She spoke about her departure from the organization on her personal Instagram account and said there was a difference in the way things work. She added, “Hi Lexi! When I joined Project SAINT SATINE, I truly believed this was the right place for me. I’m excited about the vision presented and the plans we will build together.”Next, she mentioned the governing body and shared her gratitude for the opportunity. She added: “While my heart is heavy, I have found peace because some things in life are not meant to be. I have nothing but respect and appreciation for the team, but we operate differently and that’s okay! Now I’m embarking on my next adventure! My debut and future may not be what you expect, but stay tuned! I’m not done yet.”“
Who is Lexi Levine?
Lexie Levin is a Swedish singer who appears in “Dream Academy” with members of KATSEYE. She was one of the contestants on the show; however, during its run on OTT, Levine quit after realizing that her interest lay in making music. An official statement about her exit from the show was also shared on X (formerly Twitter).In August 2025, she was announced as one of the members of SAINT SATINE, along with Emily Kelavos and Samara Siqueira. The band was operating under the name PRELIUDE at the time, and their management organized a survival show in Japan called “World Scout: The Final Piece” to search for the band’s fourth and final member.The show airs for a total of 12 episodes, with contestants judged by a talented panel of judges, including Sakura and Kazuha from LE SSERAFIM, and Moka and Iroha from ILLIT. Famous TV personality Sashihara Rino also joined the judging panel. At the end of the show, 16-year-old contestant Tobi Sakura from Toyama, Japan, was announced as the fourth and final member of SAINT SATINE.The group also performed their first pre-debut song “PARTY b4 the PARTY” during the show’s final episode, officially starting their journey as a four-piece group.As of this writing, it’s unclear whether the company will add another member to the group.
