RRB Group D 2025 exam city list released on rrb.digitalm.com; CBT scheduled to begin on August 3
The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released the RRB Group D Exam City Information Sheet 2025 for candidates appearing for the Computer-Based Test (CBT). Applicants can now download the details of the examination city by visiting the official website of the RRB in their respective regions and logging in using their registration credentials.Indian Railways is conducting a recruitment drive to fill 22,195 Group D vacancies. CBT is scheduled to take place from August 3 to August 21, 2026. The exam city notification slip enables candidates to know their allotted exam city and other exam-related details before the admission ticket is issued, which will be issued four days before the exam date.
How to Download RRB Group D Exam City List
Candidates can obtain the exam city notification form by following the steps below:1. Visit the official website of RRB in each region.2. Click on the link of RRB Group D Examination City Notification 2026.3. Enter your registration number and password or date of birth.4. Complete the verification code verification and log in.5. Check the exam city details displayed on the screen.6. Download and save the receipt for future reference.The examination city list includes the name of the candidate, registration number, roll number, examination date, examination shift, registration time, allotted examination city, relevant RRB area and travel permission details of eligible SC and ST candidates. If a candidate notices any discrepancy in the information provided, he should contact the concerned RRB immediately.Exam guide and selection processOn the day of the exam, candidates must bring a printout of their admission ticket and original photo identification. They should verify all the details mentioned on the admit card and exam city slip and reach the exam center at least 15 minutes before the reporting time.The use of mobile phones, smart watches, Bluetooth devices, computers, headphones, electronic products and study materials is prohibited in the examination room. Biometric verification will also be done during the exam.Selection will be based on single-stage CBT, followed by physical fitness test (PET), document verification and medical examination.CBT model and vacancy detailsCBT will last 90 minutes and include 100 questions. The paper will consist of 25 questions from general science and mathematics, 30 questions from general intelligence and reasoning, and 20 questions from general awareness and current affairs. One third of a point will be deducted for each incorrect answer and the CBT score will be normalized.Of the 22,195 vacancies, there are 11,032 for Grade IV track maintenance officers, 5,053 for Grade B inspectors and 1,509 for assistant signal and telecommunications operators. Candidates up to three times the total number of vacancies will be shortlisted for the physical fitness test.
