2026 Maruti Suzuki Brezza Teased: Booking Amount, Changes & More

Maruti Suzuki India is all set to launch the new 2026 Maruti Suzuki Brezza in the Indian market on July 24, 2026. And now the company has announced that it is accepting bookings for the upcoming SUV. Interested buyers can book the new Brezza online or by visiting the nearest showroom, by paying a token amount of Rs 11,000. The upcoming Brezza facelift will mark the first significant revision of the current-generation model since its market debut in 2022. The refreshed SUV will feature styling changes inside and out, an expanded equipment list, and a new turbo-petrol engine is expected.

In terms of design, the overall silhouette of the car will remain unchanged; the upcoming version could introduce noticeable changes to its styling and equipment. The rear of the SUV is captured in the latest spy shots. The facelifted model will have a redesigned front bumper and a refreshed grille. Similar cosmetic changes are expected at the rear. Interestingly, despite the growing trend of connected taillights on new SUVs, the updated Brezza is not expected to adopt this design element, according to a recently spied image. Other exterior features could include newly designed 16-inch alloy wheels, stylish LED headlights with DRLs, roof racks and an integrated rear spoiler.Inside the cabin, the general layout is likely to remain familiar, but Maruti Suzuki is expected to introduce minor updates to freshen up the interior. This could include a redesigned center console, new upholstery and updated trim elements. The spy images also hint at a larger touchscreen infotainment system than the current model. In terms of equipment, the SUV is expected to offer features such as wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, connected car technology, wireless charging and a premium sound system. Other features likely to continue include a heads-up display, cruise control, automatic climate control, ambient lighting, a single-pane power sunroof and ventilated front seats.On the mechanical side, the 2026 Brezza is expected to get minor suspension tweaks and one recent test mule was seen with a 6-speed manual transmission, suggesting that Maruti Suzuki might introduce an extra gear compared to the current setup. This change is likely intended to improve gear ratios for a smoother highway ride. While there are speculations about the possibility of the 1.0-litre three-cylinder Boosterjet turbo-petrol engine from the Maruti Suzuki Fronx making it to the Brezza, there is no official confirmation yet.
